The Records Division’s main responsibilities are to securely store, retrieve and distribute police reports. Police reports consist of investigation reports, property reports, supplement reports, vehicular accidents, arrests, and miscellaneous incident reports.

 Please fill out a FOIA request form which is available in the following link – FOIA Request form. You may digitally fill out the form and email it to any of the Records personnel on the list below and a digital PDF version of your request will be emailed to you after pending approval or you may also print out the form and bring it into our records division at the Peabody Police station at 6 Allens Lane.
